So this car is what we call the 4 day wonder car.  It was purchased from a shell and pan and into a running car in 4 days.  This was installing windows, mounting the pan, installing the transmission and engine, creating a wiring harness.  It is a miracle car really.

Here is the car almost complete.  The body mounted to the new pan.  It is an amazing site.

A little light body work.  Nothing says VW's more than a second generation family member working on them with you.  Kind of the reason I got into VW's as well.

These are more recent pictures of the car.  And this is Derrell welding on his new exhaust.  This sucker sounds nice and added a little back pressure and the engine actually runs better.
